      help (noob)

      Hi i have trid to have a lucid dream in a few mounth now and the olny thing have happend is that i now remember menny dreames and once i didi a dreame test in my dreames but when i did it i wake up

      some one have a tip for me?

      When you did Reality Check in your dream, perhaps you got too excited and you woke up btw, i had only 1 LD too

      You should ideally get at least 8 hours of sleep.

      Also, be sure that you keep a dream journal, and try to wake up throughout the night to record dreams. Also, try different ways of attaining lucidity; for instance, WILD might be amazing for me, but never work with you...or visa versa.

      Welcome entropin!!!

      I suggest you read the tutorials and look up all the different induction methods. Try all of them, see which one works the best for you and stick with it...

      Also reccomended is to review your post before posting! That way you might spot some spelling or typing errors that might prevent people from understanding what the hell you're talking about!!! Thank you
