Just what I've been looking for

Hello, all. I'm new to this site. I used to have lucid dreams quite frequently when I was little; in fact, I used to prefer to hang out with my dream "friends" to playing with other kids in real life. But I lost that skill shortly after I entered junior high, and never missed it until november of last year, when I suddenly had a week of extremely vivid lucid dreams. I rediscovered one of my old dream friends and played through a whole adventure scenario. It was an amazing experience, and I've been trying to duplicate it ever since with no success. This site is just what I've been looking for. So, any tips or hints for me?

      Welcome to Dream Views CrabbyHat.

Hope you find what you're looking for somewhere in the site. It's packed full of helpful tips. I'll tell you the same thing I tell almost everyone. Start a dream journal if you don't have one already. This will help cultivate your dream recall.

Best advice of all is really talk about your dreams and goals with someone. Anyone on here would do, but it's even better if you can find someone in your life that you trust to talk these over with.

Hit up the tutorials. There's a ton of useful information on achieving lucidity in there. Find something that appeals to you and give it a try.

That's about it for now. Good luck with lucid dreaming.
      See you around.

Thank you! It's so nice to have such friendly people around to help out. And this site is really helping; after only two nights of following these suggestions and keeping a dream journal, my dream recall is already improving! ^_^
