When u set ur alarm for 90 mins into your sleep, do u do 90 mins every time u wake up or do u add time? like the first time u wake up add 15 mins or so to ur time b/c rem period is longer? or just keep 90 mins...i tried adding time and it didnt work so well...should i add 90 mins or did i just screw up on how much time i have? |
