Help with alarm setting thing.

When u set ur alarm for 90 mins into your sleep, do u do 90 mins every time u wake up or do u add time? like the first time u wake up add 15 mins or so to ur time b/c rem period is longer? or just keep 90 mins...i tried adding time and it didnt work so well...should i add 90 mins or did i just screw up on how much time i have?

Well the whole purpose of WBTB is that all you have to do is Wake Up and then Go Back To Bed. So technically speaking all you have to do is set it once and then go back to bed keeping your awareness up. However you could set your alarm to wake you back up in another 90 minutes if you wanted and then repeat over and over. The only thing setting your alarm does is give you a another chance to do WBTB.

Depends how many times you want to wake up. For example after each dream period, just do it each 90 mins. Usually after each dream period is for remembering your dreams and writing it down for a dream journal. If you want to do it once and try a WBTB then do it after 5 hours of sleep. This is usually for trying to lucid dream.
