      Newbie!

      I found this site through a thread on another forum, and after reading it I really want to start practicing lucid dreaming. I used to do it a lot when I was a child, so much that I got used to realizing that I was dreaming and developed a special technique for waking myself up. I never controlled my dreams though, but I want to try and do that now!

      So I just thought I'd introduce myself and stuff. Yeah.

      *off to find a notebook to use as a dream diary*

      to DreamViews, Heranje! Since you already know what a lucid dream is, you've got a head start. Now you just need to get that ability back that you had as a child. The dream journal is definitely a good idea. Practicing reality checks is another basic first step. Let us know what happens!
