( I mean exactly; no strange feelings, no sounds, no images, just black black black).
Believe me, I feel I'm missing something, because it's the same feeling for the whole one a half hour trying to WILD. To be more accurate, 2 or 3 times I feel that the pupils of my eyes suddenly change focus (like when you shut them not so tight), and they shake slightly for 3 seconds.
This is strange, before knowing about LD, I used to have random thoughts before sleeping (like hyp. thoughts), but when I want to WILD I get nothing.
And sometimes I get too nervous before WILDing, and sometimes the 5 hours are disturbed by short awakenings in between (because I feel very anxious about LD).
And to tell the truth, I always have this feeling that real life is 20 percent like a dream. And usually I can recall 15 percent of dream content.
I have a weak memory overall, I find it very difficult sometimes to recall certain names and numbers and pieces of information, but anyway between me and myself I feel extremely confident I can do LD very easily, it's just that I feel I'm not using the correct method.
I know it's not easy to succeed in the first few trials, but to have nothing during all the attempts is a little bit strange.
Please can anybody point out what I'm forgeting to do?
Is it that some persons cannot have paralysis?
Or is it because I'm very awake?
Yours.
