      How do i stop it?!

      From childhood till now 17 i been dream abt me fall down. Know the feeling?---when u miss a step like Staircase, pathwalk etc, and it always wake me up lol.... any advise to help? thx

      If this is a reoccurring incident you may use this as a dream sign. This to induce lucidity.
      When that is achieved you can then control the situation. putting an end to this now, unstoppable feeling.

      Yes, this is a dreamsign, try to do enough reality checks during the day to induce a lucid dream.
