      Exclamation So close yet......

Hey everyone. Seems that lately I have had alot of vivid dreams. Last night I even had a dream and in that dream I remember trying lucid techniques but I never obtained lucidity? Strange....is this my subconscience mind trying to kick in from my waking time in which I perform RC's? I'm always the "observer" in my dreams and rarely reach lucidity. What can I do? I took B6 last night and I think it helped but I perform RC's and tell myself to become aware that I am dreaming before I go to bed but...lucidity is difficult for me to grasp. Do I have to practically think of it all day to capture it at night?

      Please let me know.

The fact that you dreamt about trying techniques indeed indicates that you were really close. This is not a problem, it's a good thing. Just keep doing your RC's and autosuggestion technique (telling yourself you'll become lucid soon) and you should have a lucid dream any day. Of course, if you were to think of it all day, that would certainly help, but unfortunately, doing so is practically impossible, so the most important thing is to never get frustrated. Just be patient and confident and you'll be fine.
