      Hello there!

      Hello My name is Cameron.

I found this forum while browsing around on google and I must say I am impressed.

I have been first lucid dreaming at 4-5 years old, I used to use a technique where before I went to sleep I would say "I will control my dream" over and over, I used it to wake up from nightmares (I used to get nightmares everynight). I didn't know about lucid dreaming back then. I stopped doing it when I was 8 (nightmares slowed down). When I was 14 found I did it again and decided to look up on it. I nearly was able to lucid dream on will then. I lost interest and quit, now I am back! Hoping to get as good as I used to be!

I guess I have good recall as I already recall 1-2 (sometimes 3, but not often) dreams a night without a journal. I sometimes forget about them a week later though, but there are some I remember having at 3-5 years old!

I have done many things with mirrors and flying in dreams, one of my favourite things to do is manipulate the clouds in the sky!

So now you know about me, I hope I can get to know you a little more!

I have to ask you guys, have you ever I had dream that was so real, that you question yourself if it could of been real? I find this true especially for False Awakenings!

      WELCOME GOLIATH!!!

You seem to be very experimented in the art of LDing, and are well advanced in what you need to begin to LD once again. Check out our tutorials for more methods of inducing lucidity, althought it seems you have already found the one that works best for you.

I have had lucid dreams that seem even more real than the waking life, as weird as it might sound...
      If I hadn't made me
I'd be more inclined to bow
Powers that be would have swallowed me up
But that's more than I can allow...

Thankyou for the warm welcome, there is tons of information here. I still have the odd LD about once a month or every two months without induction. Hopefully I can start lucid dreaming more!

Three days of Reality checks and trying to MILD and it has worked. Last night I had 3 dreams I can recall. 2 I was lucid, although they were not anything special.

      CONGRATS MAN!!!!!

It seems you are already back on the wagon....of lucidity, I mean
It might not have been the biggest deal today, but give it some time and you will remember what it is all about...
