Introduction and Question

Hi, I'm the Ox, new here, had an interest in dreams and such for a long time but didn't realise there was an actual classification for lucid drems until recently, thought they were just dreams. Anyhoo, I'm very interested in achieving a lucid dream, any particular techniques, explained in simple language for a simple man, which would serve me well? Thanks in advance

Hi there, I'm new on this forum also, But have a quick read of my first post: http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=38895 Near the end I said what things help me to get controll of my dreams I hope these things help you too. I don't really think anything in my head when I'm trying to get to sleep. I don't even think about having a lucid dream apart from the things I do before I go to sleep. Hope this helps
