      stupid noob question

      something i been wondering.

Is it as effective to have a dream journal on your pc
or if you write it down "manually" with pen n paper?

I do both. When I wake up in the morning (or sometimes in the night) I quickly scribble down as much as I can remember. Then when I come to type it up on the computer, I usually find I can remember a lot more details. Also, it helps that you can cut and paste on a computer. Otherwise my handwritten DJ would have added notes and stuff going everywhere!

haha yeah true about the copypaste, i used to have a notebook but my bed is really close to my pc, so i usually just leap at the pc.

dunno, im prolly going to start using both aswell, since im going to be away form my pc some nights so a notebook might come handy.

This is exactly what I do and it works well for me.

There is no right or wrong way to keep a DJ as long as the method works well for you.

/\ yeah, as long as your recording your dreams you're doing the right thing.

I personally just use my journal because my computer is all the way downstairs so mine is just a convenience and it naturally how I started. I always thought that maybe one day i would type them up so that some of the dreams I wrote when I was 13 I would be able to make out. what can I say my penmanship wasn't the best then :p
