      blacking out during WILD

      Hi,
I've been practicing wild like 3 times a night (3am, 5am, and 7am). I get to almost total sleep paralysis (although I feel as though I could still move if I wanted to). I start to see the imagery which starts to get more complex. During this time I either count, repeat "this is a dream", or something similar. All of a sudden I black out and the next time I wake up is the next time my alarm goes off.

I seem to be RIGHT on the border of dreamville and suddenly...nothing. Any tips on how to cross that last bridge?

      Thanks!

Try eating a tiny bit of dark chocolate or drinking a little bit of caffinated soda.

Caffine will sharpen your mind a bit and keep it more active, but if you take too much it will keep you too awake. So experimenting with different ammounts should yield the best results.

Or, try taking some vitamin B-6. It is also supposed to help your brain stay slightly active, but it doesn't keep you awake as much. Though don't take over 200 mg.

      Hope that helps.

Thank you! An excuse to eat chocolate I'm excited already. That does make sense though. I was drinking some chai tea for awhile during my wake up period but that was giving me insomnia so maybe just a little chocolate!

There's always an exuse to eat chocolate, it's good for you! The more cocao the better. Milk chocolate isn't very good for you, though.
