Ok in real life i was laying in my bed and i feel like someone put a heavy blanket on me and im thinking of flying.Then i feel im floating when i move or think of something else the flying stops.Im new at lucid dreaming Wut do i start with.

Your experince was probably the old hag (sleep paralysis) so you couldn't move, although that has never happened to me before.
