n00b introduction

Hey all, thought I'd introduce myself, I'm 20 and been into this lucid dreaming thing for a few months now just exploring etc. I have tried several techniques without much luck, but then again I havnt been at it for very long. I've had about 6 lucids so far, half of them ending up spinning out of control as soon as I realise Im dreaming...but I have had 1 successful WILD attempt which was AWESOME! I'll probably hang around the forums a fair bit and try to find some good techniques to get me some regular results - so I can move on to OBE's All my friends think Im completely nuts with this dreaming stuff but they got no idea what theyr missing haha :p Anyway just saying g'day and I'll see you all round the forums. Wow I wasnt actually expecting any posts back to this, most forums Ive used before are just full of idiots flaming you for not following rules or searching for the answer to a really obscure question. Thanks for replying guys, I've been trying really hard with lots of the new WILD techniques posted here but with no such luck so far. I figure Im just not relaxing enough or something. Also, just for a general question for anyone reading this, is anyone here into spiritual exploration/meditation/channelling etc?

Hey, no problem, when you try your WILD try yo just stay relaxed and focused, i myself have been trying a WILD technique made by Clairity here on the forums, heres the link to her guide, its very well written and goes in depth into the tiny things that can help you achieve a WILD.
