      Tip for beginners

      A dream journal is the best, first step you can do.
      I started mine, a month ago making 7 entries. And now I can remember all the dreams a have in one night , plus it's like I opened my dream vault. Cause I can remember dreams from months and years ago. It cool, cause i didn't know I still had them stored in my head.
      Dream Journal=A must
