      A Wild?

All right, last night I woke up at 3:00am, figured what the hell I might as well try to WILD. So I lay there for.. I'm not sure how long, and I did the A is for... Apple thing, with accompanying visualizations. Then, everything went black (err... blacker), and I didn't have any trouble concentrating. Everything went completely tingly, and I felt I was beginning to get paralysed. My heart rate sped up and I felt almost as if I was sinking through the bed. At that point I got scared and rolled over. Was that the beginning of a WILD? Should I try that again?

And another thing, I had a dream last night and I'm confused as to whether it was a true lucid or just a really screwy non-lucid. This guy and this girl came up to me and said "Congratulations, you're lucid dreaming", so they started teaching me the basic principals of it. There were apparently "patches" of lucidness and in them this crazy music played and I was flying on a magic carpet underwater. I'm not sure if this is bound for "Stupid reasons you've missed out on a lucid dream" or not...

      ~Thanks for any help

That sounded like you were very close, if you feel asthough your sinking in future just let it happen, its natural and you were doing well, good luck and don't try too hard, you sound asthough your very capable of a WILD.

I might try it again tonight. What a... weird sensation. Is that what your body does every night when its about to go to sleep?

      Thanks for the tip.
