Yeah FILD didn't work first 2 times last night but i'm going to go at it again tonight.

To me, FILD is a great idea of a way to move your dream body while in Sleep Paralysis. This is perhaps the hardest part of WILD, the transition, made easier. Nice for chaining dream, especially. It teaches you to move your dream body, without pushing yourself too hard and actually moving your real one.

FILD is the only technique thats worked for me so far (i've only tried WILD once) I tried it last night and it worked 2/3 attempts My tips would be: Wait until you are very tired and know you're about to fall asleep before moving your fingers Only set an alarm if you need to (the two times it worked I woke up naturally, and the time it didn't, I used an alarm)

Alright thanks for the tips, ill try that tonight instead of using an alarm. It didn't work again last night and i can't seem to figure out whats wrong.

A FILD.. is something that sounds very dodgy... I read the tutorial. So, what it's saying is that you dont notice the transition between awake and asleep? That's interesting. I would find it weird to feeling like I'm going to sleep, and without any change, be dreaming. I probably wouldn't want to take the chance of doing an RC, incase it undid all my work :p, but atleast you can try it again. I'm giving this a shot tonight!

I tried it, and I failed, heheh. Though, I didn't bother getting myself up during the night, I just waited till I was really tired, heh. My problem was that I knew I was trying to do it, and I couldn't get my mind off it, and when I finally did, I fell asleep, lol.
