      New without recall

Hey everyone, I'm Crabman, I'm new at this crabalicous forum.

I got introduced to lucid dreaming a week ago in another forum. I became interested because I talk when i sleep and I sleepwalk alot. One things that really bugs my family is that atleast once a month I wake up screaming my lungs out.

But I almost never remember my dreams. Now I'm on a vacation in egypt (and I have been for 2 months) and I try to be awake as long as possible before going to sleep, so i'm awake for two days in a row then I sleep through a whole day and so on. So here in Egypt I don't remember ANYTHING from my dreams. Not one little piece in two months.
And usually in Sweden I can recall bits of one dream right when I wake up, but it fades in matters of second. Maybe when I get home I can start a dream journal because my attempts to do it here i egypt has failed miserably.

And I read somewhere that if you go to sleep focusing on remembering dreams and being lucid in dreams than it is more likely that you will but I can only sleep if I let my mind wander until I fall asleep. Any attempt to do otherwise leads to a night without sleep.

Any tips or tricks you would think I would find helpful?

      Thanks for listening/reading.

You should keep a dream journal. Every time you wake up get out your dream journal and write down any little bit of your dream that you remember. If you keep that up you should be able to remember at least 1 or 2 dreams every night in 2 weeks at the most.
everything in our life happens at once. the future is already happening at this moment. We just cant conciously notice it.
