this lucid dreaming stuff is pretty fun

hey I never had one of these lucid dreams before until this morning, I woke up with a bad hangover and went back to bed only to remember waking up again being unable to move, then I was dreaming until I became self aware, thinking wait a minute floating through my town is not possible. I then had an awesome dream where I could move things with my mind like flipping cars and stuff, unfortunately a police man in my dream didn't agree with some of the stuff I was doing and shot me. I woke up after getting shot. I was a little bit dissapointed I couldn't go back and do that again. Any way the point to all this is, I'd really appreciate any tips to triggering this again
