Had two LDs this morning. Got some questions

I had to get up early this morning, then I thought I should try the WBTB technique, so I went back to bed afterwards.

When I started dreaming, I wasn't really aware, but then, the strangest thing.. my mum walked into the room naked, and I started shouting really loud telling her to get out, she then rolled onto my bed.. I thought, "Surely this MUST be a dream", so I did a nose RC and it passed I decided to wake up even if I was dreaming because I didn't like it. When I woke up, everything was the same (apart from my mum being there of course), and I was in the exact same place... and I was shaking like a leaf...

I thought I should give it another try, and I did. I was in a fire truck just outside my house, and it tipped over forwards, and somehow, I was outside it, and under it, but luckily the curb stopped it rolling completelly over me. I thought, "hey this is weird, I must be dreaming" (Note: This isn't half as weird as most of my dreams, i.e. the previous one, so I think it must've been the WBTB that caused it). I did a nose RC and it failed (felt very interesting that, lol), and I tried to fly, and unlike in my first LD, this time I succeeded. I reached the clouds and it went all blurry, and I could start feeling my physical body. There was something pressing on my nipple, and I couldn't fix it from my dream, but by this point, I couldn't even remember where I was in it, so I woke up.

      So, a few questions:

Was this WBTB or something else?
Is the a technique where you just say "Hm, this is odd" (it wasnt a DS btw)?
I hope the first dream doesn't have some sort of significance in the real world (Not really a question, but, you can reply, heh)

      Thanks

      Haha ... wow.
Umm man I don't know about the 1st part, but saying "Hm, this is odd" ...if u can do that every time then it should be soo easy for u to LD... the point here is that getting to the point of thinking "Hm, this is odd" is very hard...and I personally can't just RC whenever I want in a dream..otherwise I'd know I was dreaming. I guess this is why you have to make it a habit to RC in real life all the time...so that MAYBE because you do it so much, you'll do it in a dream too... but EVEN THEN... there's so much weird stuff happening in your dream...that you accept as normal...if RC goes differently than in real life, why wouldn't you just accept that as normal too?! >_<
      I rambled off there

Well I didn't RC until after I thought it was odd.. and as I said, that dream was in NO way weirder than most of my dreams, so what caused me to just think about dreaming is a mystery to me, but I'm still guessing it's WBTB. I've tried that about 4 times (first time was unintentional), and it's worked 3 of the times - doesn't sound like much of a coincidence.

sounds like the first was just a WBTB DILD and the other could have been a DEILD or dream exit induced lucid dream. found here http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=32682

Hmm.. isn't a DILD where you recognise your DS? I have a DS that I know of, but it wasn't this.

As for the DEILD, I dont think so. The tutorial says you have to stay still with your eyes closed, but I opened them and moved around a little.

well then both were DILD's...you don't have to have a dream sign appear to have a DILD. Just recognizing that things are out of wack, and doing a RC makes it a DILD.

Lol, I was crapping myself (not literarly ofcourse), but I was basically shouting at the top of my voice "Mum! Get out! Put some f*cking clothes on!" then she rolled onto my bed, and I got really scared. This was one of my worst nightmares
