What's your favorite dream of all time

Here is the best dream I ever had. I was riding a beautiful white horse across a perfect green meadow under a crystal blue sky with my hair flying in the wind. I came to an impossibly high stone wall and we were jumping when right at the top of the wall my alarm clock went off. I have tried to revisist that dream several times but I have never been able to.

My most controlled lucid, where I made my self a little clearing in my head and then sat down in it and observed the detail of everything around me...

Gotta be the feeling of flying rapidly through the sky creating the most intricate landscape below but doesn't happen that often, sometimes if I get too absorbed in the scenery I lose control of flight & end up going backwards & up & then the whole scene often reframes. For me the Key to staying lucid at that point is spinning Anti Clockwise while clearing your mind/deepening your trance state then focus on a colour & see what blends into.

Yeah flyings deff the most exhilarating because to me it feels near enough the same as I think it would be if in the physical world & that's obviously something we cant experience. The feeling of weightlesness, speed & complete invulnerability while knowing everything laid out before you in crystal clear clarity is your very own creation coming to form from your imagination I can only describe as amazing!

Below is from my journal and it is dated 2/19/2000:

      ----------------------------

I stood still a few second trying to get my bearings. I then decided to go through the ceiling. I jumped on my bed and then bounced up to the ceiling. I felt resistance and was only able to get my fingers through. I bounced again and I felt my hand break through the ceiling and then the rest of my body. I did notice that the ceiling felt different from my previous experiences..it looked and felt like white foam rubber that slowly gave way under my touch.

I emerged at the bottom of what appeared to be an underground pool of water in a cavern of some kind. I swam to the top of the water and as I floated effortlessly I noticed that light was flickering off the water and off the sides of the dimly lit cavern. I thought this is very peaceful and very pretty but what do I do now...there was no one else in the cavern.

I decided to call forth my "imaginary" self from my childhood. I know, I know.. huh?? Well I guess a little background information is in order.

I am one of 3 girls (the plainer, skinnier one). :-( I was lonely and insecure but I had a VERY vivid imagination! Since my younger sister's main goal in life was making me feel inferior..I spent a great deal of time alone in my room, in my world, in my mind. I had great adventures, I could dance and sing and I could be or do anything I chose. I had friends who were loyal and people who wanted me to the point of distraction!! I was wonderful and handsome.. yes, I said *handsome*. In my world, in my mind, I was a strong, handsome Apache MALE. You see, I had no power as a little girl and so in my world.. I was not a little girl..I was a warrior! I find that even now I can become the warrior and have adventures in my mind whenever I choose.. it may sound crazy but I thanked God for this ability then and I do so now.

Anyhoo back to the experience! I had never really had a *clear* picture of what me as the warrior looked like. My image would change depending on who I thought was attractive or cool at the the time. So while I was bobbing there in the water, I decided to see who (or what) would appear if I called for my alter ego to show itself to me.

I turned my back and I asked for "Toriono" to appear to me. I then spun around in the water and was disappointed to find no one there. I then spun around again only to discover that the pool was lined on all sides with men! One by one they would jump in the pool and swim out to me. They were different nationalities and each was beautiful!! They swam around me and I spun in circles trying to see them all and to remember them all.

It wasn't until I woke up that I realized that the men I saw were all the different faces and characters that at one time or another had made up my other self!! Needless to say, I am so very grateful to have had this experience!

      ------------------------------

Now for those who are wondering, NO, I do not wish to be male in real life.. though I did change into one during a previous experience and had a great time!

And as for being the plainer, skinnier of 3 girls, let's just say that time has been good to me and I do manage to turn a few heads when I walk into a room.

I would want to say it, but it would take up to long of a post because the dream went on so long, it seemed to go on for days (not like how some people say they've been "stuck in a dream for days, and then woke up and it only lasted an hour or two in real life" not like that kind of stuff) but it would just be kind of like in a movie how it skips to different parts, but it still felt like a full dream. I met people and made friends, and did so many things, and it felt so real. does anyone have dreams where they wake up and can't stop thinking about it all day, and a feeling that you had in the dream sticks with you the rest of the day? that's happened to me a couple times, it's a weird feeling

This is the coolest, and best dream I ever had:

It was Easter, and for a present, I got this weird hangglider thing. My brother got a blue robot. We were standing near a bridge, and I kept jumping off of it and using my hangglider to glide to Bi-Lo. My brother kept bothering me wanting to try it, but I wouldn't let him. Then we had to go. On the way back to my house, my brother said: "Mama, Hazel won't let me try her hangglider!!!" I said, "It's mine, so I don't have to!" "You should let him try it," my mom said. "It's always like three or four weeks before he lets me use his new stuff!" So she didn't make me let him use it. When we got home, it was nighttime. My brother came in my room and tried to get my hangglider. I made him get out. Them my mom came in and we were going to watch a movie together. When she turned it on, I became a character in the movie. This guy with four giraffe like legs came and gave me and this elf girl some herbs. We had to take them to these sick people. So, we jumped in a lake and started swimming. I suddenly became a really good swimmer! So, we swam into this tunnel and gave the herbs to the sick people. The tunnel was owned by goblins, so we had to walk the rest of the way through, 'cause that was the law. The tunnel had several ramps and platforms so we wouldn't have to walk through the muck and mud at the bottom. I fell off one of the platforms, and there was some kind of log in front of me. One of the goblins told me to lay seven stones across the log, and some kind of weird creature would hunt me down. I climbed back onto the platform, and a goblin was standing there by a patch of clay. He said, "it doesn't just have to be stones, it can be clay, too!!!" That sort of scared me, so I ran on a little further. I saw some weird machinery on one of the platforms, so I asked my friend what it was for. She said if you get cut by (she said a name but I don't remember it)'s knife, then you get your head chopped off there. Then we were at the exit, and I saw a knife was hanging over it by a string, and a goblin was yanking on the other end of the string making the knife swing back and forth. I dove under it without getting cut. My friend just pushed it aside. Then we watched as a different type of goblin was figuring out how to get through, (he wasn't very fast) and he got cut. They were just taking him away to have his head chopped off, when my alarm went off.

Almost every lucid dream that I've ever had stays with me at least the rest of the day (if not longer).

This dream wasn't lucid but its easily the craziest dream i've ever had.

I was being held captive by kangus khan (sp?) in the borough hall of my town. Two guys rescued me, next thing i know im driving their car with them. Somehow we wind up driving during winter and slam head on with a moose (which wasnt hurt). So we run from the moose and one of the guys gets hit with a spear from the moose. Then i spot a police roadblock, run up to it and go "la cucaracha" and start dancing. Then all the police dance too. Then i woke up.

My favourite dream was probably a magicall sort of insanely unrealistic dream, which involved me going to a massive hotel and just exploring it. Now that I think about it I think it could've been a lucid dream from when I was 5/6.

Although I can't remember much about it (it was over 10 years ago), I can remember the hotel being incredibely high, and had a nice baige colour. I would go to the window of the top floor and jump out, I would end up landing in a water fountain at a fast speed.

It was basically a really cool dream.

One night I was sleeping in the arms of the man of my dreams, literally, and this is waking life mind you. WOW. Anyway that night I had my first very vivid and delicious dream about this other guy I used to have a crush on. This is my favorite because I thought, omg, what is wrong with me!!!! :p

ahhh, now heres a good topic.

my favourite lucid dream not much happened in it, but i guess thats just the kind of person i am. ill skip the non lucid parts cause i cant remember them.
i was in some town on this bridge thing, overlooking a big square with dirt and stones on the ground, definetely in france or some mainland europe place, when i realise im dreaming. i look at my hands. they look normal, and i do a bunch of rcs, including testing gravity by dropping things, and nose rcing, even clock rcing and none of them worked.

i eventually tried to put my finger through my hand, and it worked. my finger went into my hand, and i was like, "ok so im dreaming", except i couldnt believe it because everything was so lifelike (this was the first in my almost real life, series of dreams). i went up to this old lady on the bridge thing, and show her, when she gives me a FILTHY look, as in i just went up and flashed her, or was smoking a joint or something.

so i ran superfast down this bridge and came into the courtyard/square. i stopped and looked into the square and i saw just one tree right in the centre.it was really kind of... i dont know. indescribable.
so i went over to this tree, and grabbed on to one of the branches, it felt totally real, and just climbed up it.

as i sat there i was looking at my hands, and looking at the tree feeling its bark, and looking at the leaves and looking around me in the courtyard, and just taking it all in.
it was just zen. perfect meditation, nothing entered my mind, it was blanc. in that moment i just was, and everything was me, and i was everything. the fact that this was my inner reality was just crazy for me.

anyway, i did alot more stuff in that dream but i cant remember it and dont care about it. it didnt matter, just the first part of that dream was the best ive ever had
