      Smile Intense Vibration...wow

      Hey Everyone,
      Thanks for reading this.
Im completely new to the lucid dream world and im very excited to embark on this amazing spiritual journey.
I have managed to achive 1 lucid dream since i first started learning about it,..and thats like 4 days ago. My whole body felt as i was being electrocuted and i felt this intense vibrating pleasure from it. Anybody knows what this is?

Also,..would love to know whats the best technique to achieve a more longer, vivid and control lucid dream.

So, i hope all you guys out here can help me out and point me to right direction because i think this is the 1st time in my life i have ever been serious on doing something.

      Thanks again

      Hey Ace,

Sounds like you had a WILD (wake-induced lucid dream) - you went from being awake straight into a lucid dream?

There is no best technique for achieving a perfectly vivid lucid dream, look around on the forums (especially the tutorials) and try out some of the techniques - if you find one that works, develop it until you are happy with yourself

Im also into the spiritual aspect of dreaming/astral projection, if you have any questions or need help with anything feel free to contact me.

      Enjoy your stay!

Erm...well im not really sure wether it was WILD or HILD because i did read some material from Steven Laberg.
I just lay down on my bed and i started to close my eyes and i tried the 61 relaxation point focusing exercise and i told my self im going to have a lucid dream and as i drift further into relaxation, i begin to noticed a couple of images and i just got this weird intense shock out of nowhere.

But there a little problem though..as soon as i begin to enter lucid i started to tell my Brain,im going to be in a Lucid dream...so contol myself!
and i sure i did went in,but i didnt last long because after i did the reality test, i was sorta in another place and the vision got dark and i woke up.

The question is, did i woke up because of too much excitement or anxienty?
Because while i was going into trance, i keep telling myself to Focus and do not get excited.

      So.....any advice?

Probably. WILDing I guess is classified as an advanced technique. I tried many times after reading laberge's material and go no where, however after having a few DILDS I eventually had a WILD. Its not easy! I still havnt been able to get into another one, although I can into what the vibrations you are experiencing are - sleep paralysis. Read some tutorials!
