Hey everybody! I'm new on the scene as of today. I decided yesterday that I was going to put more effort into my sleeping hours instead of just wasting them. Everybody says the first step toward vivid lucidity is to develop good dream recall. Well, last night, I told myself as I was going to sleep (tired) that I was going to remember my dreams. I didn't say it a lot, or even out loud, but I remember at least parts of four dreams, two of them fairly vividly! Actually, one was pretty long (for me) and I remember that one best. Two others were short, but I remember them - there just wasn't much to them. The last one, all I remember is that Hulk Hogan was in it (except he was referred to as Terry, which is his real name). The two shorter ones I remember were more about stuff going on in my waking life (work and school), the one about Hogan I totally don't even know, but the longer one was pretty much a total fabrication. I logged what I could remember, so I can keep track of dream signs.

Anyway, I just wanted to pipe in and say that things are starting well for me. Hopefully I'll be able to continue at this pace!
