Thread: First recalls

Just thought of a question and didn't want to take up space with another thread. I have yet to achieve consistent dream recall, but would it be a good idea to experiment with MILD and some of the other inducing techniques anyway?

i too am working hard on my dream recall. its gotten to a point where i always try to DILD. so i say use the DILD method because your working on dream recall and at the same time trying to become lucid. so your killing two birds with one stone.

DILD isn't a method... are you refering to RCs?
You can try inducing LDs, but chances are if you have crappy recall you won't remember your LD... but then again it can't really hurt. Just focus on recall more than LDs at this point, because there isn't much point to a LD if you don't know you had it!

I really dont know about DLD'S and Rcs and all that stuff but I think its great that you recalled 3 dreams in one night. With that record, and more practice you might be at my level. keep at it and good luck JARED!!!!
