Yea it should get easier, cause after your first one you sorta realize what works for you and what doesn't. |

i am still kind of new and have not had a lucid dream yet. ive been working at it for about a two months. i really got serious about it in the last week. i do reality checks every 15 or 30 minutes now. but the lucid dream still seems elusive. my question is once i get my first one will they occur more frequently? like when you spend two weeks trying to get up on that two wheel bike. and then you finally get it and you have no trouble from there on. |

im wondering how frequent they are though. ive heard alot of people say they get about two or three lucid dreams a month. i was under the impression that with practice and without being a lucid dreaming god you could manage 3,4 or even 5 a week. is this possible? |

I guess a person could if they're really good at WILD. But other techniques like MILD and DILD won't happen every night, they're kinda random. (I assume) |

Yeah I would say its possible, especially if you learn to WILD. I think that if you have had LDs, then you will have more because you've done it before. Its kinda like riding a bike as far as you are in a dream and then that starts you thinking and then you go "o yeah this is a dream". Even if you don't have then more frequently i would say the quality of them improves anyway. |

It's very possible, with practice, to get that frequent from any technique really, yes. However, lucid dreaming is not like riding a bike sadly. Having them does lead to more frequent ones, but when you stop they stop and you're back to square one. (Only this time you know all the ways to get back to where you were again) |
