Welcome to the forums! Feel free to ask around if you have any questions. As for dream recall, try autosuggestion (as in the MILD technique), fall asleep on the idea that you will remember your dreams. You could also try to time your alarm clock to wake you up after every dream period, the dreams will be easier to remember if they are fresh in your mind.

      Welcome to the forum, Muchwano

Spartiate gave some good advice about autosuggestion, but I still think you would benefit from keeping a dream journal. It will be your most valuable tool in exploring your dreams and lucid dreaming.

      Good luck and have fun!

Hey there, welcome to the forum.

The time it takes to lucid dream varies between person to person. Some people find that they have one in their first few nights trying, while others find it takes a good few weeks. Go at your own pace and don't be put off by any failures, they'll only lead to success later down the line.
