Hello all from the new guy :)

I just stumpled on this great place yesterday, through various subjects and links. I used to keep a dream journal a couple of years ago, but for some reason I stopped, and haven't really though about LD for a while. So it was cool to find this place and re-wake my interest in this field.

Funny thing is, I acually had a LD for the first time in at least a year last night

well, partially. I did realise it was a dream at some point, but in the end of the dream I had forgotten all about it

It's cool to read about all the WILD's and MILD's and whatever they're called. never knew about those teqniques. So I'm looking forward to get a whole lot smarter here

I'll probaly read more than I write, but I'll be sure to let you know when and if progress.

i don't like apc as much as tool... of course i own both apc albums but that's not the point... the point is... the outsider video sucked and apc is just a cruel joke. but tool is coming out with a new album so all is not lost.

well, I must admit that I am very pleased with APC... but Tool will always be on the top of my personal chart 8) and I am really looking forward to the new album. Lateralis impressed the hell out of me... actually, think I'll make a new subject regarding lateralis so all the tool-fans on this page can catch a glimpse of it, as some might not be aware of the beauty and complexity of this number

the video is just the bikini bandits running around causing havoc. that's it. by the way, what video is your favorite? (all tool fans) i like parabol/parabola myself.

Parabol(a) is definitely my favourite video, followed closely by Schism.
Lateralus is, no question, my favourite album. I enjoyed the older stuff, but this album has a beauty and a distinction all its own.
And the songs show it. Disposition/Reflection, hands down, is beyond a work of art to me. It's an emotional experience I have trouble putting into words!

I think all the videos are a great piece of art, but I must admit that parabol/parabola porbably is my favorite too. I love the art of Alex Grey, so the end always gets to me, when all the beautiful colors light up all of the room.
But I will also agree that the bikini bandits is a tad to wierd. saw the movie ones... bizarre

I wish tool would make a dvd, live or not, only with the music and the video-feed they showed on the bigscreens at their tour... that would be great 8)
