      Hi Everyone!

Hi guys. I'm new here. I'm a natural LDer, and I have had many LDs. I'm 15, and I'm trying to learn meditation, and I want to become more flexible.

Some thing I like to do are: throw tomahawks, perfect my underwater bubble rings, lift weights, play video games, listen to video game soundtracks, and hang with friends

How the heck do you do an underwater bubble ring?
      LD Counter (as of 07.25.07) = 5 (2 WILDs)
Short-term goal: Recall three full dreams a night for a full week.
Long-term goal: Have three LDs per week for one month.
Longer-term goal: Have one six-hour LD every night! (Shooting too high? We'll see.)
Waking life goal: Round up some NPSG equipment to study my own sleep patterns.

      Pretty much every night.

As for bubble rings, just pucker up like your going to kiss, then blow an air bubble quickly while making your lips in an "O" and close your mouth really fast.

Easier sais than done I've been working on it for about 2 weeks now. I can pretty cool ones, but not very consistantly yet. Here's my motivation:

I'm happy that you can already naturally lucid dream, if you are planning on performing some tasks why don't you keep a dream journal and let us know how your doing, you can start a dream journal on the dream journal sub-forum.

      Hey there, welcome.

Do you mean more flexible in your body? (I assume so as you've grouped it in the same sentence as meditation, sorry if you don't) If so, I seriously suggest Yoga. Check out your local sports club and see if they do classes, most do. It's a lot of fun I remember and something I'd like to start again if I ever get a chance to.

And wow, the bubble rings are pretty amazing, I must teach myself how to do them some time.

I don't really have time for yoga. I just do my own stretches at home, along with my weight lifting. I'm trying to get really flexible so that I can do more tricks on the trampoline without being all stiff or hurting myself. I also am trying to get flexible enough to do kick-up (chinnese get-up): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=u5YXcCZZG3w
