Hi there. I’ve been reading the forums for a while now, but this is my first post.

I’ve been working on dream recall for a little over 4 weeks using a dream journal and setting intent and I don’t have much to show for it. The most I got was one dream a night for four nights on the third week. On the fourth week it was only two nights. My dream recall is pretty terrible and doesn’t look like it’s getting any better. Is there any way to induce lucid dreams without needing a reliable dream recall –especially one that doesn’t use any kind of intent setting or autosuggestion? I just don’t seem to have any luck with those.
