Congrats on your first LD! WILD is the hardest technique for me, my LD's are usually DILDs. The RC I use to make sure I haven't had a FA is looking at my alarm clock on the side of my bed. It works every time and I don't have to move: just look at the time (must be digital, it doesn't work with analog for me) and and then look somewhere else. Look back immediately, and if the time has changed irrationally then you're dreaming. |
