      Lucidity through subliminal?

      I found an interesting program that flashes messages on your desktop. this is called subliminal messaging. a message which only the subconcious will see and accept. Now could this be used very effectively?

      I began making just such a thing last night... could I ask what the name of that program is, and where I can get it?
