Hello Iamerik, |
|
Hi there, |

There is no real-life, there is only AFK.

No, but maybe I will. Lucid dreaming is something I was able to do without any training or any knowledge about it at all. I knew there was a difference between normal dreams and dreams you realize they are dreams but that's all. Right now I'm trying to increase control in my dreams. I try to increase my number of lucid dreams too of course. I've read some of Billybob's tutorials. |

Well by keeping a dream journal you will be improving your recall as well as increasing your chances of being more aware in the dream, the more you improve your recall the more "present" you feel in the dream instead of it feeling like a memory when you wake, it will help you be a bit more conscious and aware in the dream eventually which will help you think a little more clearer as well as help you identify things that don't seem right and helping you become lucid from it. Its a win win situation if you start a dream journal because they can be fun to keep aswell. Though control can only really be improved by having more lucid dreams you are first going to need to have some more lucid dreams. Improving your recall will help you achieve this |
