a WILD question..

today in the morning i tried to do a WILD with MILD or something w/e, i was very conscious and when i finally started to close my eyes i could feel like a slight vibration or being shoocken like on the bad of my neck and mostly around there... i just wanted to know, is it me entering a dream, an OBE, is it me becoming SPzed or is it the beginning of the crazy WILD fxs u get, im not sure what it was but all i know is it was quite disturbing, and it happend to me couple of times after i closed my eyes, it felt really unpleasant, i just stood up that morning until i could fall asleep with my counscois self first. so the question is do any of u get this and what is it and is it normal thx

Welcome Ivanushka Its pretty normal and is called HI (Hypnagogic Imagery) HI is the state/sensations you experience while falling asleep and keeping aware of your state of mind. It usually involves spinning, shocking, falling feelings. If you hold on for the ride, you usually end up in a lucid dream, or better yet, an out of body experience Everyones experience of HI is slightly different Myself, I have a feeling like on a spinning wheel (on my back), but falling at the same time.

For me, it is like bands of energy traveling down my body like electric shocks. Almost painful when at peak intensity.
