Heya..
Hey everyone, I'm new here..
I never really knew about lucid dreaming until yesterday! LOL
I was at a friends place and I was telling her sister about this awesome ps2 game I bought (Harry Potter and the prisoner of azkaban).. And I was telling her how it was soo much fun coz u can explore the whole of hogworts and and fly a hipogriff and stuff and its so realistic and she was like have u tried lucid dreaming? I didn't know what that meant so I asked her and she told me about it! hehe so i went on google and looked up lucid dreaming...
Its wierd - i think ive had lucid dreams before.. i play alot of ps2 and one night i was dreaming i duno im not sure if i was awake or dreaming, and i was in the big gray/green/brown room.. it was like a big closed box.. and it was like i wanted to move my arm and it actually moved.. but i wasnt actually moving... =S Its really confusing.. and everytime i wanted to move my leg, i didnt actually move it but i saw it move.. and it felt really light.. and then i jumped really hard - but then i woke up..
And other times, ive had dreams in which theres a person chasing me.. i can remember cleary one time i was outside school buying icecream, and then there was this lady in rags trying to chase me - and i knew i had to run and i was trying to run but my legs were just so heavy ... thats happened many times..
are those like normal things? like lucid type? =SGrrr..

Do they have any programs tht help you lucid dream? Or help in astral projection? Something downloadable but free? lolGrrr..

Just reading everything in the Introduction including the tutorials really helped me. And take the advice about the journals and rc's. They know what they're talking about!
