I often find that just by reassuring myself before bed that I will be lucid or flying really helps. I went on a roll one time where I dreamed about flying almost every night for a month and it was great! Normally I was in complete control but a couple times I was falling to the ground and just at the last couple seconds I stopped panicking and told myself to relax cuz I could fly and I came to a soft landing on my feet just in time.

And on a funny note a few times during my dreams I would be going long distances or up steep larhe hills until I realized "Hey, why the heck am I walking when I can fly!" ahahaha So then I did, but the key to all these flying and lucid dreams I had was that I was telling myself before bed that I should have them and expect them. After that month of flying I mastered the art and now I seldom have flying dreams. I guess I should go back to telling myself I need some more uh?
