      Hey guys!

      Hello Dream View members! Well the moment I found this site and read what an LD was I understood the concept straight away. I can remember my 1st and only LD like it was yesterday and thats why Im so interested ^_^ Im hoping to start a dream journal firstly and see how I go from there.

      Hey Payce! to the forum!

      I'm happy that you can remember your first lucid dream so well and that your enthusiasm is so high, once you have improved your dream recall by keeping a journal you may want to try some induction techniques, there are loads of them which can be found here. These techniques will help you to achieve lucidity, give some a go when you remember say one or two dreams a night Best of luck to you!
