      Introduction

      Hello all!

Just thought I'd introduce myself. I'm originally from Australia, but I've been living in Tokyo for 2 and a half years now.

I've had lucid dreams all my life, but I've only usually had them a few times a month. Lately though, since I've been starting meditation over the last few months, I haven't been able to LD as much, which is weird. I've still had LDs, but I haven't been able to recall them. Still having the odd flying dream though which is cool.

But anyway, I'm still getting used to this place, but I've been reading stuff here and I know this is a place that's good for me.

こちらから宜しくお願い致します. Please be good to me!

Greetings, kurikinton Welcome to DV, the land where people are always asking themselves, "Am I dreaming?"

Meh, dumb joke. Anyway, I hope you enjoy your stay here and if you have any questions, there's a lot of information already here that you can search for, or if you're not finding anything, feel free to ask. We're always happy to help out!

As for your recall going down, it's likely that it's just a phase. Do you write down your dreams when you wake up or do you just naturally remember them? As I've grown older (I'm 22), it's been harder to naturally remember dreams, so I have to write them down to keep them in my head. Also, one trick that you may not know is to not move when you wake up. If you need to turn off an alarm, go ahead, but otherwise just lay there and try to remember something. It may be something small such as a color or a character, but if you remember something, you'll probably remember more.

Do you have Japan pics to share?

You could use meditation to improve your LD ability.. have you tried putting suggestions into your mind as you meditate?

I do have japan pics to share, but nothing you probably couldn't find around on the net, I suppose.

I have put other types of suggestions into my head, but never of improving my LD ability. Thanks for suggesting it- I'll definitely try it out next time
