YES THREE LD!! ( and a few qs)

The first LD I tried to go somewhere by spinning. got NOWHERE. Then I just sat down and thought stuff. Second ld I just played x-box and went in my room. Totally forgot on both lds that i could use superpowers. third I weas to school then immediatly woke up. they were all DILDs I consider this good for a few weeks working QUESTIONS How is a way to remember that I have superpowers? How can I stay asleep longer when i am lucid? Any answer why i am waking up? Some people may have noticed I havent been on for a few months. Thats cause I wasnt gonna post till I got at least 3 LDs

Welcome back, and congratz on the first 3! Whatever I want to do in my next LD, I say it along with my reality check so it becomes habit. So, I'll do the nose RC, and say "I want to fly!" You could say "Hey! I have superpowers!" Make this become a habit - but not so much that you do it without thinking about it. In your next LD when you do an RC, you'll remember about the superpowers. As for lengthening your dreams - when you first become lucid, stop for a second and let the dream stabilize. Rub your hands together, and touch an object nearby. Then proceed onto using those god-like powers. Good luck!
