      hi everyone

      hey everyone im Dilshad, i just got to know about this forum, im kinda happy about this. Anywayz ive been wantin to lucid dreamin since i gotten to know about it from a friend last 5 months ago, he told me all this tecniques to lucid dream and its so ridiculous lol... i just wanna say hi!!! and i really want to lucid dream, so glad i found this forum , looks really good

      hey guys thx!!, umm sometechniques i learn was that you gotta stay up as long as you can then when you get reallly sleepy just hold on little longer then you just go straight to bed and think of stuff you want to dream about and then hopefully you'll dream about it, thats wut my friend told me but everytime i try that i, just stay up till im soo sleepy then i just got knocked off, i had a good sleep but i dint dream anything its like soo fast, works for him but not for me tho, dont kno why, and he told me you gotta get real tired inorder to lucid, roflll soo weird, maybe cuz he's weird or sumthin lol. but tonight im gonna try that methods i think its the Adam method or sumthin lol i read about it just now, hope it works!
