First off, Hi! I'm Kordan, and I am VERY new to this. I think that I have had lucid dreams before, but that has only happened a few times a long time ago. Now I am coming to this to see if I can control my dreams.

I am just starting, and I need some help with dream recall. I think that my main problem is waking up to an alarm. Usually on weekends when I do not have school I remember my dreams more. I only sometimes remember them on weekdays, except for literally about three seconds, but then they go away before I can write them down. I have started verbally telling myself that I WILL remember my dreams in the morning, but it does not work after my alarm goes off. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks,
