hey! Welcome...this place is great Clarity is right those links are very useful. They helped me ALOT I would recomend checking out some dream journals as well, especially the ones from the experienced members (the ones that have loads of replies ha ha) for inspiration...they got me really excited about Lucid Dreaming which is always good

Oh yes. I love reading peoples dream journals. There are some quite amazing ones in terms of how long they've been going and how many dreams they can remember - I'm looking at YOU, Vex Kitten. <meta>What did you get in terms of a welcoming email? I know thats not the same as a good DV welcome, but we have the lurkers to think about too :-). Burnses starter guide is good, but if you have to register using an email address it's a pity not to take advantage of it</meta>
