If none of those methods have worked for you I suggest you try alternative ones like taking vitamin b6 or melatonin. I don't know if it will work for you, but I have a theory(it has worked greatly for me on two occasions) that falling asleep outside of the covers makes you wake up 4-5 hours after with great awareness.
