Well I pretty much just started looking up about Lucid Dreams yesterday. Quite a long story but i'll skim through it.

-Watched a show that had a dream journal in it (seemed like a coincidence this morning lol)
-Was on Yahoo Answers looking up something and saw something about Lucid Dreams
-Didn't know what Lucid dreams were so I clicked on it to find what it was
-Then I saw a link to some site like Psychic Junkie and read about WILD
-I tried it this morning and I went to bed around 12ish and woke up at 5 stayed up for 20 mins then tried it!
-I got to the part where my body started vibrating and I wasn't sure what to do and I woke up somehow I guess i got over excited.
-Then for the next hour or two I tried going back to sleep but everytime I tried to I'd feel a build up of what felt like anxiety and then it felt like it exploded in my body and just kept waking up.
-Then I googled up WILD and found this site and learned some interesting things.

I graduated High School in June and I don't leave for the Air Force until November 20th so I think this is a great time to test it out since I can do it everyday, but I was really excited that i got close this morning.
