I think that the brainwave generator program can definately work, i have tried it in the past and noticed that i become more focussed and aware. However i sometimes wonder if it is a placebo effect. Just try it, experiment with it, see how it goes, all you can really do is experiment until you find what works best for you.
My suggestion is that when you are in SP and you feel yourself awakening, try and relax yourself, keep your mind focused and try your best to hold yourself in this stage of sleep, keep your body relaxed and keep your mind focused. That is the key, just keep reminding yourself that it will all become a dream because if your not constantly checking up on yourself you may just fall asleep and not realise at all. Try your best
