      Bear Here

Hello everyone, im The Bear. A few weeks ago Greysong told me about lucid dreaming, before then, i had some very basic knowledge but I did not know much.

I have since then had 2 lucid dreams, the first, i just walked around for a while, not quite sure what I was doing, although I did recognize it as a lucid dream. The second I tried a few more things that are not possible in waking life, such as pushing my tougne through the side of my mouth. I was trying to accomplish the task and find a playing card, but once I was in the dream I forgot all about that. I am fairly certain both of these were dream induced, although I am still learning the proper terms. I was in a regular dream, and then realized it and was able to take control.

Thats all for the first post, Dream well.

Hey Bear, glad to see you made it.

You might not think so yet, but you're off to a great start. Here's that MP3 I was telling you about earlier:

      http://www.dreamviews.com/community/...ad.php?t=39955

You can try using it without other technique, but i highly suggest trying some visualization while listening.

      Best of luck,

      -Graysong

      Hi, welcome to Dream Views.

You are off to a great start, as others before me have already said. Keep at it and you can only get better. And yeah, those dreams were dream induced. As soon as you realize that you are in a dream that was a DILD. Reality checking can help induce more of these types of dreams.

You pushed your tongue through the side of your mouth huh? Haha. That's new to me and definately something to try in my next lucid.

Good luck with your LDing and may there be many more DILDs to come.
