      Is this possible?

Last night was a very puzzling night. I shattered my LD record of of 2 last night. How I got them is where it comes in puzzling. First of all, my dream recall is horrible I guess. Maby its just because the LD's were of low quality. The more important point is how I got them.

What I THINK happened, was I was actually in a dream and I WILD'ed IN a dream, and I got to LD? Is that possible?

I dont remember if I WILD'ed last night, but for some reason, something makes me think that I did, but im not certain. I know I had two thought, but I had alot of trouble keeping control and it kept drifting off...

It was like I was forgetting what was happening while I was LD? Does that happen to any of you's?

      K thanks!

EDIT: Oh, one other thing I just rememberd. Last night, I dont know when this happened, but I was having that thing where you feel someone pushing on your chest really hard... I actually was glad I didn't hallucinate a alien sitting there or somthing cause I would of litterally crapped my pants. Anyways, for some odd reason I moved my hand and I actually moved a hand OFF my chest, and it went away... Weird, ehh?

My question for that is why does it happen? And also, does it come before, or after a ld?

I don't see why not! You can do anything in your dreams, and WILDing could be one of those things. I've read about people doing it before, even feeling the SP/HI.

Yes, an LD within a regular dream has happened to many LDers. It is somewhat uncommon but it's not unheard of. I've had the experience once. I also know that members Twoshadows and Moonbeam have each had LDs-within-a-dream. And I know that others here have as well. One thing's for sure: it's awesome when it happens

It (sleep paralysis/SP) can happen before or after. It actually happens every time we fall asleep as well. We just don't notice it when we are asleep. You become paralyzed when you sleep to prevent your body from acting out your dream, which could be very dangerous.
