Unhappy I need help with dream recall fast.. EC

ok,I've been trying to lucid dream starting from june 02 untill now june 7.on june 2 i had one then on june 7 i had another .However, my regular dreams have been totally blank i can hardly remmember any of it and thats not something that happends to me often. My lucid dreams are reallly vivid and am in total control but i also like regular dreams and it sucks to not be able to recall them what can i do i need help. The reason i tried to have lucid dreams again is because i want to talk to some one but i still can't find him to talk i tried summoning but am not that good at it so i just look around it sucks i would also like to ask for help in that subject summoning.:p I've been to focus on lucid dreamin that every thing is blank and i cant remmember anything. lilke i said i really like lucid dreaming but i need great regular dreams too so i could have both and be more exiting than just lucid dreams and blank ones. Today on june 07 again my first dream was blank i woke up because my parents were loud and went to the restroom i was practically sleep and could bearly walk lol.. then i went back to sleep and i had a lucid dream like nothing i just went into the dream and there all nice total recall everything. So what could be the problem i have blank dreams no recall then lucid dreams total recall i dont like it i want both:p so any advice help any thing opinions so on.....

Same problem here... sporadic recall! WBTB works well, also try WILDing, and if it fails (you lose conciousness), you get really vivid, easy-to-recall dreams.

As for object summoning, making it appear is hard. Imagine it is in your pocket, bag, or in the case of a person, right around the corner.

quick recall. For me to recall a dream & remember it. I used to write them down as soon as i awake, now i just wake but keep my eyes closed (sometimes) and concentrate lightly to retrace the dream. I don't move or say anything. this takes only about 5 minutes.

First of all, welcome on Dreamviews forum, and good luck with lucid dreaming.

So if I get you right, you had a lucid on 2nd of June, and then you searched and discovered what LD-ing is? and you had quite some LD's since (wich is nice, considering my lame amount of 1.5 in 1 year :p)

But to your question, dream recall. When you have these blank dreams, do you remember anything when you wake up? If yes, then I totally agree with t.mil, write it down as soon as you can, it really helps. And another thing, B6 vitamin helps you remember things, many people use B6 vitamin pills (but I wouldn't recomend it personally), but fruits contain B6 too, most notably bananas .

And I'd have a question. Who do you want to meet with in your dream?

No i had lucid dreams before i ever knew what lucid dreaming was. Then my drewam recall was great and it just staryted to get bad i hardly remmember anything. What i meant is ythat now am trying to have lucid dreams instead of just having them randomly i get more lol i got one in june 2 then 7 and today 11 im getting more lucid dreams but my recall of regular dreams got poor thats where i need help ill try the bananas not exactly my favorite fruit lol but i will as a matter of fact ill go get one right now lol.ok When i wake up i cant really remmember much even if i think about the dream right away i just remmember a little bit of the dream. What ha[ppens is that i ihave alot of dreams in one night like 4 and i remmember a VERY little portion of each one of them exeps the lucid ones those i have no problem with.....ill try the bananas lol even though i hate them lol...

Oh i forgot to answer your question. The person i like to meet in my dream is a guy from my class. i hate how he is he is because some times his like me and at the sometimes different,he has the same name as me but different last name of course lol. When i say his like me is that he does stuff that i would do but sometimes he is very different from me.Likeone time this girl was late and he flirt with her like i would have done and to top it off the sub started saying that he sawher and him huging but he always jokes around and i know it wasnt true lol . We know that she likes someone in our class and i know tahts its eather me or him really i used process of elimination and am 100% sure thats it has to be eather him or me who she likes lo.But thatrs not the reason i want to find him in my dream. The reason is because in real life i cant even talk to him at all and just want to ask him questions in my head i think like he will anser them like he would do in real life but i dont think he will lol.So i decided to look for my dream guide isntead and see what i can do or i can just try to talk to him i just get really nervious when i see him in the eyes its anoying ui hate it ....To keep it short i just want to acctually talk to him even if its just in my dreams lol it sucks .....HE even stole my lab partner lol....

      Lie still!

And, know the position you wake up in, as well as the position you fall asleep..
I know who I am, as I become...

Also.. Mind the subtle difference of "waking up" and "being awoken/disturbed" ..

I guess you inflict it.. Like say, an alarm clock..

Here is what works for me:

Before going to sleep, tell yourself that you WILL remember your dreams.Insist that your brain will store them and you will remember them when you wake up.And if you insist firmly enough,it will!

However, perhaps this will not work for you-If that is the case, then you will have to wake up in the middle of a REM cycle to record them. That is bound to work,as long as you wake up DURING te cycle.Make sure you time the alarm right.Write down your dreams, the go back to sleep to have more, and then wake up to record them. With practise, you will be able to do this.Good luck.
