Thread: Maybe first Lucid or sumthin =D

Well last friday, i think i had my first lucid, That dream Was really vivid , the colors were alive and i could see everything perfectly, but i dindnt really control it


I was like in the forest , but it was and open field, it was all green and there was a small lake, Thats all i remember, but there was sumthin special about this dream, it was more vivid i felt it real...... can any1 tell me wat it could have posssible have been?

It was only lucid if you knew it was a dream, a lucid dream requires no control, the extra vividness was either random or you ate something with B6 or had a dairy product before going to bed.

As Sugarglider said, it's only a LD if you know that you are dreaming. Usually you're lucid when you control a dream, but not always.
