New to posting but I have been stalking you all

Well not really but I have been reading these forums for a while now and I've gotten a lot of helpful tips! I just recently figured out the registration contraption so now I'm finally a member. Looking forward to learning more from you all. So far I've had 2 real LD adventures and several other snippety LDs that ended pretty much right away. I haven't had a WILD work yet but I think I started feeling SP but then I had too many itches to scratch so I just gave up and rolled over to fall asleep normally. Well that's where I'm at, hopefully soon I'll be joining your ranks of WILDing and having sweet LD escapades regularly.

Awww, but I WANT to be stalked! Anyway welcome to the forums! Arr those darn itches during SP. For some people, scratching at them doesn't disturb the WILDing process and others maintain that you should ignore them. You could try both methods and see what works for you.

Hey, Mes. I'll stalk you! and you can stalk me! and.. we'd be stalked! The WILD is mostly for people who have more experience with LDing. You might want to start out with MILD or DILD. Good luck!

Thanks guys that sounds like good advice! In all the info I've read about WILDs I never saw anyone mention that it's not the best way to start out as a beginner with not a lot of LD experience. Maybe I won't worry about WILDing so much until I have a few more LDs under my belt. I think the LDs I have had were DILDs (that means I was in a dream and something just kind of spontaneously made me realize I was dreaming right?), and I use MILD and VILD (telling yourself you're going to be in a dream soon and picturing yourself in a dream until you start to see HI or something along those lines?) to help myself fall asleep.
