OKay.
So it's now day 6 of Billybobs "How to lucid dream" week schedule, and i've yet to lucid dream. Mind you...

Or would you rather spend the next six months spending hours and hours doing what this tutorial will teach you, slowly becoming more and more proficient at lucid dreaming (until one day you realize your having then weekly, then nightly)?
Six months, so i can't say I'm expecting Lucids yet.
Here's whats bothering me. If I WBTB, if I WILD, if i FILD, I realise, lets say one of many things.
I'm hungry.
I've read posts that say you should try to wake your 'mind' not your body, so I can't very well go downstairs and gorge myself on the little food thats in my fridge, because that is going to wake me up. Though if i lay there, hungry, i become more and more concious of my grumbling stomach and end up being to awake to rest fully, regardless of how many times I relax with each breath exhaled.
I eat quite a bit during the day, so I don't see why I should have such an insatiable need for food during the middle of the night.
Another thing thats confusing, I think i'm focusing too much attention to 'focusing' if you get me. And "sleep palarysis", or SP, confuses me aswell. Is that when you feel really limp and don't want to move if you have a scratch (which is another annoying aspect) or can you generally NOT move even if you try?
Please help me out. I can deffinately stick to it, but I need the help along the way, and I feel like I'm missing out on small information that I might be attempting to rely on.
