Does it really matter whether it's classed as a lucid dream or not? |

I have had lucid dreams all my life, and I haven't controlled one in a very long time. Last night after many recurring nightmares I think I have gained back that state of Dream Control. |

Consciousness: that annoying time between naps.
Sig's are for losers
As well, one can exist without the other as well remember, you can control your dreams without being lucid, and be lucid without control. One doesn't guarantee the other |

Thanks, I Guess I was asking two different questions, although I wasn't entirely aware that I was Lucid dreaming this time, (I'm sure I was) because in the past The thought, "I'm Dreaming" always came into my mind. Since this was a border-line nightmare, I wonder if a Primal survival instinct had surfaced and negated the lucidity, and the thought I usually have of, "oh.. this is a dream, I can now control it." |
